It depends on the model and settings you choose, but here is arough guide based on standard model usage: 

•      Free - 90 credits (~3 videos ~6 images). Available for new users only
•      Starter ($49/mo): 1,200 credits — up to ~240 shortvideos or ~1,200 images
•      Growth ($109/mo): 3,500 credits — up to ~700 shortvideos or ~3,500 images
•      Pro ($179/mo): 6,500 credits — up to ~1,300 shortvideos or ~6,500 images 

You can mix and match videos and images however you likewithin your credit budget. Advanced models and higher resolutions use morecredits per generation — the credit cost is always shown on the Generate buttonbefore you run, so you always know what you are spending.

A credit is the unit Speel uses to measure how much yougenerate. Every time you create a video, image, or upscale, it costs a certainnumber of credits. Think of it like a fuel tank — your plan fills it up, andeach generation uses some of it. 

The number of credits a generation costs depends on the modelyou choose, the resolution, the duration (for videos), and the qualitysettings. The exact cost is always shown on the Generate button before youconfirm, so there are no surprises.

Yes. Unused credits roll over every month and never expire aslong as your account is active. This applies when your plan renews, when youupgrade, and when you downgrade. Your credits always stack — they are neverreset or lost.

Yes, at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effectimmediately. Your new credits are added to your account instantly on top of anycredits you already have, and you are charged the full amount for the new planat the time of upgrade. 

Example: You are on the Growth monthly plan with 500 creditsremaining. You upgrade to Pro. You are charged for Pro immediately, and your500 remaining credits stack on top of the 6,500 Pro credits — giving you 7,000credits total.

Can I downgrade my plan?Yes. When you downgrade, two things happen: 

1.    Your billing changes at the end of your current billingcycle — you stop being charged for the higher plan and start being charged forthe lower plan from that date.
2.    You keep all your existing credits and continue to havefull access to all features until those credits run out. Credits from yourprevious plan stack on top of the credits from your new plan. 

Example: You are on the Pro plan, which renews on 15 June. Yourequest a downgrade to Starter on 1 June. On 15 June, you are charged forStarter instead of Pro. Any credits remaining from your Pro plan carry over andstack on top of your new Starter credits. You keep full access to everythinguntil your total credit balance runs out. 

‍📌 Note: No one loses access to any features on Speel. Everyonehas access to all modes and models at all times — the only difference betweenplans is the number of credits you receive.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep yourremaining credits and access until the end of your current billing cycle. Afterthat, you will not be charged again.

Yes. You can upload reference images of your product orclothing directly into Image Maker, Image Edit, or Video Maker. The AI usesyour reference as a guide and incorporates it into the generation — so yourproduct appears in the output with the correct look and style you specify inyour prompt. 

This is one of the most powerful use cases on the platform.You can place your product in any scene, on any type of person, with anylighting or aesthetic — without a photoshoot.
